New Exchange Server Connectivity Analyzer
- by Grant Moyle on December 18, 2008 10:30 AMThe official name is a mouthful: "Microsoft Exchange Server Remote Connectivity Analyzer". What it does is exciting though: you can test Exchange Servers remotely for troubleshooting things like Exchange ActiveSync connection errors, AutoDiscover failures, Outlook 2007 and Outlook 2003 connectivity, and Inbound SMTP email tests. I played around a little and I like the disclaimer when you choose one of the tests:
I agree that I am using a test user account to verify this client access scenario since I understand a username and password is required in order to perform this test.
Check it out here: https://www.testexchangeconnectivity.com/Default.aspx
And, of course, if you're looking for Exchange Server training videos, check out our Exchange 2007 class at LearnItFirst.com!
