Windows Live Writer 2009 Announced

Saw this today on the Windows Live Writer blog:

We're excited to announce that Windows Live Writer Beta is available for download today.

I was actually excited - "Will they finally let me install the damn thing on Windows 2003/2008?", I thought... (see this post for why I thought such a thing). So I clicked the big, green Download button:

And then I get a nice shadowbox:

But no download... I tried on IE 7 and FF 3.04 - both had the same isssssssssssue.
